Ice, bare-foot and wearing no jacket, padded silently on the paths to the Arena. She flipped on her lighter, curiously watching the flame flicker and wondering what she could set on fire, but also hoping that Faer didn't suspect her thoughts.

ic: Faer walked in, and smiled. It was warm in the arena. She glanced around and her face fell for a moment seeing Ms. O'Leary. Then she remembered how that hellhound stayed here in the arena. She looked at Ice, wondering what she was thinkin.

"Yo," Ice greeted Faer as she walked in, then switched her gaze from her lighter to the large hellhound that lived in the arena. OOC: Is it open? I don't know, read the title XD and I know your not lazy, I'm just teasing you

The tall, tan son of Hades walked confidently into the arena, celestial bronze sword contrasting brightly with his dark clothes. When Mrs. O'Leary ran over, he patted her on the snout, feeling a sense of companionship with the fellow Underworld creature. "Mind if I join you?" Skia asked Ice and Faer smoothly. "There's nothing much to do in the cabin." He ran his fingers through his hair, messing it up even more than usual.

"Sure, whatever," Ice replied, shrugging and leaning down to pick up a bit of snow, "Any ideas on amusement?" She looked at the son of Hades and quickly decided to ask otherwise. "Ahhh..." she began, "Nevermind..."

Skia raised an eyebrow. His one hand was resting lightly on his sword hilt, but the other was still scratching Mrs. O'Leary. "We are in the arena," he said, nodding at the surrounding structures. "We may as well practice."

Faer smiled, glad to see someone who actually wanted to train their skills. She grabbed a sword off the wall and spun it around. It made a clear sound as the metal flew cut through the air. "Im good," she warned the son of Hades. "Come on."

Ice shrugged, movin off to the side, next to Mrs. O'Leary, and patted her before subtly. starting to mold the bit of snow she had picked up earlier into a snow ball.

Skia smiled dangerously and drew his own sword. "Likewise," he said, and lunged at her.

Faer realized faintly that Ice didn't really care all that much about this sort of thing. And that sortof annoyed her. Or she thought Ice was lame, or something. She parried his attack and stepped abit away from him. Slightly taken aback at how he had just lunged immediately.

Skia immediately brought his sword down, towards her legs. His brow was furrowed in concentration, focusing only on the fight.

Faer used her hand and whacked his blade away. She brought her sword towards his side.

Skia side-stepped, then crossed his feet and turned, moving so they were back to back. He pulled his sword up and tapped her on the temple with his hilt, then extended the sword around to the front of her throat, grinning at her from over his shoulder.

Ice fashoned her snowball and pulled out on of her drumsticks, which turned into a dagger. She then looked up at the roof, and parcticed aiming her dagger. Nodding she picked up her snowball. With any luck, she could hit both of the fighting half-bloods.

Faer smirked, "want to do that?" she hissed in warning. "Im a daughter of Nemesis. You kill me, and something terrible will happen to you. So I guess you could say I can't ever lose a fight." She did the same to him, putting her sword up against his neck the same way he had his against hers. Or... nearly, it was alittle more awkward for her to do it, but still.

Perfect time, Ice though and acted quickly. She threw the snow ball and, fast as lightning, aimed and shot her dagger, slicing the snowball in two, each half heading toward on of the two half-bloods in the field. The dagger imbeded itself in the half-roof half-wall, but she could get that later.

Skia ducked, aiming a kick at Faer's legs so she would fall too. At the same time, he whipped his knife out of his belt and held it at her throat, using his sword to pin hers to the ground. "Nah, I wouldn't kill you. It's a practice fight, this time," he said, grinning.

Faer narrowed her eyes and groaned as Ice's snowball hit the side of her head. She sighed and shrugged, "you wonnnnnn," she moaned to Skia. "Now, get off of me, or Im going to think something else is going on here.." She sneered at him.

Skia shrugged and stepped back, sheathing his sword but keeping his knife out in case she decided to attack. "You aren't going to evoke revenge on me, are you?" he asked, smirking.

Faer shrugged, she wasn't sure. It just sortof happened. "Possibly, but this is minor, so... Rest assured whatever happens will be minor as well." She gave him a quick smile. "Still, my pride is hurt." She shrugged and hung the sword back up on the wall. "If you had been fighting me with my real weapon... You would totally be recieving some awful revenge."

He smiled as well, slipping his knife back into his belt as she hung up her sword. "Then I'm glad I caught you unprepared," he said. "Unfortunately for me, I only have control over dead things. As you are, presumably, alive, what you see before you is as good as I get."

Faer laughed, "Oh, I don't use that weapon in practice. It would be too costly for me. For you see if I do something against someone. I am punished as well. And my sword... would be inflicting harm to others, but it would affect me as well. Its much to powerful for just a simple practice match."
She eyed him, "I'm sure theres more to you that you let on." She shrugged, and went off about herself again, "Theres perks and curses being a daughter of Nemesis. They're hard to figure out which is which."

Skia smiled ruefully. "A very potent weapon... and a noble sacrifice, harming yourself for your cause... I wonder how many others would choose to do the same," he said smoothly. He ran his fingers through his hair, looking thoughtful, then shrugged. "Likewise for Hades's children. You'd be surprised just how unpopular being the son of the Lord of the Underworld can make you!" he said, feigning shock.

Faer smirked, she shrugged. He was probably more popular than she was. She being a daugher of Nemesis after all. And of a minor god. Sure, Hades had been alittle left out. But, he was still widely known. Faer bet half these demigods at camp didn't even know who Nemesis was. "Well.... now Im bored."

Skia laughed. "Maybe the woods has something to offer," he said. "I'd like to see what sort of beasts Chiron has to challenge us." He grinned, pulling out his sword. "If a challenge it ends up being."

Faer glanced at Ice, who seemed to have fun just throwing snowballs at people. Which, she got to wiping off of her just then. "I suppose we could head into the forest."

"Alright then. Lead the way." He motioned towards the forest, suppressing a smirk. He sheathed his sword again, pulling out his knife instead; better for mobility. After all, the forest could get pretty thick.

ooc: lets wait for Silk now
Faer paused, "coming Ice??" she called to her. Her eyes watched the smaller, younger girl to see what she'd do. The son of Hades sure was impatient and liked to be on the move.

"Nah," Ice shrugged, already half way up the arena's wall to retrive her dagger, "I'm good." She slipped up higher, every hold brining her closer to the roof, which, she thought, would be a great place to throw snowballs. She grabbed her dagger and dropped to the floor. "I'll stay here," she told them, "And... not train..."

Faer tilted her head and glanced at Skia. "Um, okay, later Ice." With one final glance at the girl, she turned and walked out behind Skia.
