"So... What's our plan?" asked Kendra, coming behind her half-brother. She started thinking of one herself. Some of their side would go out to quickly try to get the other team's flag, as always. She wasn't sure herself if she'd stay or go, probably stay, because everyone else ALWAYS wanted to go offensive.
Cloud followed Lucy, watching as Bryan got up the tree. He smiled and gave a small wave at the boy, high in his tree, then turned to his sibling. "Offensive or defensive sis?"
Fiona went to stand by her cabin leader and half sister, wondering if their team even had a plan.
Vann, Geo, Bo, and Red stood together, plotting out what their tiny group would do. Group huddle time for them. They stood like any football team would, arms crossing together, heads hunched close, whispering so know one else would have a clue of their plans.
"Okay, me and Ray will go together first, you two following at a distance. Anyone gets us, which is improvable they can take us down, especially it being me, but if they do manage to hold us up, I'll whistle, and you can come in as reinforcements. If I don't whistle, you guys continue your pace and keep ahead."
Vann mentally corrected his brother's grammatical mistakes and he and his other two siblings nodded.

Ariel heard other voices and walked towards them. She emerged on a few people around a tree, which had a boy with a bow in it. "Umm... Hi." She started awkwardly. "I'm Ariel."

Still waiting for his elder sister's answer, Cloud turned his head. "Hello, I'm Cloud, nice to meet you! What team are you on?" He hoped she was on his team, he wasn't sure he wanted the other team noticing Bryan until it was too late for them.

Ariel pointed to her red t-shirt. "Yours obviously." She laughed, pushing a lock of blue hair behind her ear. Her look of joy turned into one of seriousness. "I'm going to be honest; I have no clue what to do." She admitted.

"Always do sis'..." Tavi answered, casting a faint greeting grin to his half-sibling, before it faded into a crude grimace. "But, Zeus's kids have there own ideas and plans to use. And can't realize that they did get us Athena kids to help out with the battle strategies, can't realize what resources they have, can't-... Bleh, I'm talking to much arn't I?" He let off a rough chortle, shaking his head with a dulled sigh. "I'm thinking I might as well stand right here, and wait for others to come to me... How about you?"
She nodded once in affirmation to Byran, dusting off her hands from the dusty shoe stains upon them. Fiddling to tie Byran's extra sword to his belt, as an extra weapon was always good to have on hand. "All they told me is that the Iris cabin and the Poseidon cabin, because we are the two demigods w/ 'water' relations, that we were stationed on or about and or the river, nothing more, nothing less. But, either or I'd suppose, depends what our handy tree climber tells us is comin... " Lucy mused toward Cloud, shrugging her shoulders breifly, though brows furrowing thoughtfully, before stroking her color-branded wrists so that they swirled and danced. As a soft voice interrupted her thoughts, she turned about to glance at a girl with dyed blue hair, she gave her a greeting smile waving her on over. "Ahh, Ariel, daughter of Aeolus, right?" Lucy questioned, tilting her head in her curious but thoughtful way. Biting her lip as if trying hard to remember; because hey, being a cabin-leader, they were supposed to make it there job to know everyone that came through the gates, which Lucy did without question. "I'm Lucy, leader of the Iris cabin... My second in command, Cloud... And hopefully a new Iris cabin member, Byran." Lucy lazily pointing to each as she spoke their names, introducing them all to the other girl. "What brings you round these parts? I thought, Aeolus kids were supposed to go and blow Apollo kids out of the trees, or well, something of that sort..." She paused, as Ariel answered Cloud's question, she stood taller letting off a soft huff, sharing a knowing glance with her half-brother. "Well, two newbies to join along with the Iris crew, fine by me... All Capture The Flag is is a big ole practice battle, pitting teams against teams to see whom comes out victorious; just like real life, accept you aim to disarm not kxll, though some maiming have occurred but Chiron fixes that up in no time."
"Hey..." Sage greeted her half-sister as she came to stand beside her and Relly.

Ariel smiled. "Yep, I'm her." She answer. "Nice to meet you all." She greeted, waving at Bryan - who waved back. Listening to Lucys explanation of Capture The Flag, Ariel grew more excited by the second. "Cool, sounds like fun!" She exclaimed, placing a hand on her dagger hilt. "I really hope I don't hurt anyone." She bit her lip, wondering how the battle would turn out - red or blue. "Just use me anyway you want - kind of like a mercenary, but no pay." She trailed on, kicking a rock which was by her foot. It rolled a few feet until it hit the tree Bryan was in.

Cloud smiled. "It is fun! You know, there seems to be a lot of kids with their hair dyed blue, and not just the kids on the blue team." He gestured toward Andrastea, a daughter of Poseidon, who was on their team.
Vann tried to worm away from his quadruplets several more times, all times ending in failure. He pretended to give up, waited a little bit, then bolted towards Kendra, this time making it.
Bo was growing annoyed with his brother's persistent escape attempts, and eventually just let him go. Geo's orders were to not let him go, but he was sick and tired of 'babysitting' Vann.
Kendra grimaced. She wished the Zeus could have at least let them in on the planning, as to make sure there would be no faults in the plan. Just to make sure, as most people don't trust it unless they've seen it too. She suddenly felt someone take hold of her hand. Looking up, she saw the shining face of her boyfriend, and to his surprise, pecked him on the cheek.
"So what's the plan?" He asked, still a little shocked.
Fiona smiled a perfect smile that only Aphrodite kids could manage. "Hey. Do we have a plan?"

Ariel smiled as she ran a hand through her short blue hair. "Thanks, I just like the color blue, so I dye my hair that way. It's been like this as long as I can remember. I don't even remember my real color anymore."

As Vann struggled over away from his own siblings, gaining a peck on his cheek from his girlfriend; Tavi did the respectful thing of raising his head and looking the other direction for a few momments. Till being brought back to earth, when Vann asked a question aloud, and with it, he couldn't help but let of short, annoyed and ragged snort. "Everyone wants to know the plan, eh?" He grumbled in dry sarcasim, rolling his sharp silvery gray lights. But he soon gave up on being the big ole annoyed boy act, letting off a soft sigh, shaking his head clear, as he turned to look back at and down at his half-sibling and the other demigod. "We always have a plan," He paused, motioning between himself and his sister, couldn't help himself to point out they were afterall Athena kids. "But Zeus's hot-heads have some of their own ideas and plans to use, haven't told me or any other Athena kids a thing... So, I'm thinking I might as well stand right here, and wait for others to come to me. How about you?"
"Like River, the daughter of Eris." Lucy offered as an example for one on the other team that had blue-hair. Agreeing with Cloud, that a lot of people seemed to like to dye their hair blue for some reason... Before she turned away, striding to the river's edge to kneel beside it. Tilting her head to send a glance back toward the tree Bryan was hiding in, somewhat hoping he might have already seen someone or something ahead. Ahh, but there was no need to be impatient, eh? With a soft sigh she turned to look back at the river, dipping her hand into the cool water, humming softly as she twirled her finger's about in it.
"Well... We wouldn't half to be having a plan or even doing this, if are darling brother hadn't thought to have a rivarely with Zeus. Come on, Cf? Boring! I would have wanted just too do the make-up trick that lasts for moons, so much easier." Sage mused, her bottom lip exteneding outward in pout, and her amber lights rolled about for good measure. She flipped a strand of her curled to perfection adburn lock out of her face, revealing her fine sculpted face with pale skin and faint red freckles spoltched across her nose and cheeks. Her pout faded, to be replaced by a dazzling smile toward her half-sibling. Ahh yes, she was an Aphrodite daughter all right, for sure. "Of course we have a plan... We have Posiedion and Iris cabins along the river, because of their water relations their are border patrols of sorts. A bunch of our forces will go for a straight shoot down the middle for their flag, and the others will guard the sides and our own flag. Etc, etc, etc.... She mused, looking quite indifferent and carless about the whole deal.

Bryan looked around the forest, feeling some what like a character from a video game. 'Let's see what's going on...' Bryan thought, tryingto catch a glimpse of the opponent. Suddenly, he saw a couple of campers talking. He couldn't hear what they were saying but it looked like they were saying 'here' repeatedly. Could that mean an ambush or something. He started half climbing, half sliding, down the tree. When he got to the lower branches - where he could be heard without having to yell - he called Lucy over. "I think they might be planning an ambush over there." He whispered, pointing in the direction of the other team.

Cloud turned his multicolored gaze from Ariel, glancing back at his half brother, listening, then deciding to let Lucy deal with it. He had addressed her anyways. His ran a hand through his own hair, rainbow colors and a light brown. "Mine's natural, so are my eyes."
Vann thought for a moment. "Well, me and my brother's have our own... Plan of attack."
Fiona nodded her head in agreement. "Pretty true, but sometimes it can be a little exciting." Waiting for her sibling to finish, then said "Sounds good." She actually liked capture the flag, but didn't want Sage to think her dull.

Shoulder's clenched, muscles knotted, all in a instinctive move when he felt the cold, unforgiving tingle run up the length of his spine. All demigods could sense that in someway, especially if you'd been fighting monsters for years; but then again, monsters didn't really come out to /play/ during CTF, so another demigod was watching them apparently. He turned his head to glance over his already broad, but now armored shoulder, trying to catch who was looking at him; but he didn't catch anything, accept for a wisp of blue hair as a lithe, yet heavily armored girl bounded through the trees toward their little group, stopping beside him to glare upwards at him. "Ahh, River, daughter of Eris; what brings you to us on this fine evening." Octavian rumbled, giving the other demigod a nod to continue. River scowled, clearing her throat about to speak her nearly learned and extremely rough tongue of English, but the Athena kid beat her too it waving her off from starting, responding in turn in a ragged gruff language, Belgian. The daughter of Eris responded immediately in the same tongue, thankful that she didn't half to work on her English again. The exchange went on for a few moments more, but Tavi broke it with a loud brassy rolling laugh, raising his hand to wipe absently at a amused tear sliding down his cheek. "Ohh Zeus..." He mused softly to himself, shaking his head to clear is thoughts and remove the amusement clinging to his facial features as Vann spoke up again. "Ahh, do you? Well, spit it out then, I'm willing to listening. Anything sounds better to me than what the daft ole sparkies just sent me a suggestion of what too do with my self." He spoke curtly, River speaking up again after him in her native tongue, causing a wide wolfish snarl to appear on his lips.
"Yea, I suppose it can be a little exciting... Making slaves is always fun, so is not getting gutted..." Sage mused, twiddling her fingers atop her broad sword attached to her hip. Licking her lips suddenly as if they were try, a dark sarcastic tinge came to her eyes at her next thought and words. "It is such a pawn of real life." She snarled under-breath, only loud enough for Fiona to hear and no one else. Most of the time, Sage was quite a kind and loving kid, but when taking of the real world and the life there, she could turn an menacing cold toward those around her.
Lucy rose to her feet at Bryan's call, her hand dripping from the waters of the river, a faint distant look to the edges of her honey brown lights - as hey, checking in with all the other kids along the river, mainly Poseidon kids, they insisted on this odd and slightly taxing way of alerting the others that they were ready to roll; talking, but not taking, if that made any or much sense. As she registered his words, her brows furrowed, raising her hand to rub at her temples. "Ohh really? Humm... Well that isn't good, ahh..." Lucy murmured, finishing rubbing her temples as the normal light returned to her eyes. "Did you catch what they were saying by lip-reading or no?" She spoke, stroking the color bands lashing about her arms. "Eh... What was their hair-color?" She asked, knowing it might seem like a silly question to a new Demigod, but flashing a quick glance toward Cloud showed she was slightly weary about that answer.

Bryan scartched his head, trying to remember what their hair color was. "Um... I'm not really sure. I'll go check again." He grabbed the branch above him and weaves his way up the tree again. Taking a hard look at the enemy, he could see faint glimmers of blonde and blue through the leaves, most likely hair colors. He slithered back down the tree and hung off the last branch, dropping a couple feet to the ground. "There are a couple of blondes and maybe a blue haired girl, kinda like her." He explained, pointing to Ariel, who looked over. Deciding that they wern't actually talking to her, she resumed her study of a shiny rock. "I could tell they were saying 'here' a few times, but not much else."

Fiona shuddered just a bit at the words, which had come out so harshly. It was rare to see her sister in this state, usually being so sweet.
"Ummm..." the wise one of the pack was silent, not sure if he should let slip this bit of information. If his brothers didn't kill him, he wasn't sure if he could take enough embarrassment if the son of Athena thought their plan stupid. And also because the plan was only for their small group of a family.
"Hmmm... Blonds? Maybe Athena kids... And blue hair... Would that be a girl with curly blue hair?..." the son of Iris asked.

Octavian cleared his throat, raising a brow in response to the Ares kids silence. As hey, he didn't always tear peoples plans apart, really, come on. Feeling another cold tingle run up the length of his spine, knowing fairly well now that someone, and most likely the other team at that, was spying at him; why, well for one his crow begotten size was an easy target to spot, and next this was CTF, a 'duh' factor on that one. But he took a startled step to the side, as a sharp and ragged tone rumbled forth from the girl beside him, surprisingly in English this time; "Taavarri... Wve shoyld riff theur harts frvme theur chiysts!" River glared upwards at him, giving him a sharp, unforgiving snarl. Tavar answered in turn, but looked slightly uneasy about her words; "Eh, er... Yea, sure, River, thanks for the erm... Humble suggestion."
*Tavar... We should rip their hearts from their chests! - River
Searus stood beside his sister, his spear casting an eerie orange light across the two Hestia siblings, caused by an earlier alighting his spear for some /theatricality/ effects. "You ready to roll?" He wheezed roughly in the direction of the girl as he tilted his head to look beside him, smoke still 'puffing' out of his maw and nostrils, yet less concentrated then before.
Sage stiffened slightly, sighing, forcing the cold viscous feelings clawing at her heart and resuming her usual cheery looks. "Sorry about that Fiona..." She spoke softly, gently, sending a thin smile of remorse toward her half sibling for having to have seen her like this.
A thin frown tugged upon the lips of the girl's always grinning attitude, licking her lips uneasily. "Blonde? Humph... Probably Athena kids, but who knows... Though, well, hopefully Zeus's kids have them all spread out in different places to help their side; and if it's just one, and maybe two at that, that are just ahead of us, we can hold, I think..." Lucy mused, though looking slightly weary at the tinges of her lights at the mentioning of the Athena kids, you'd hardly win a battle or fight without them along your side, though it was not always set in stone. She'd hold her turf on the river, she wasn't going to be stopped by that. "And yes, Cloud... River, the daughter of Eris, she has that slightly curled blue hair. She's only been here two months, and this is only her second CTF, she's a newbie at this, we shouldn't half to worry much about her, as for one she doesn't have her war horse to run us over with." Lucy chuckled. Waving her hand at the rest of them to get moving, as she turned on her heels scooting to the right a bit, unsheathing her sword from it's sheath, twirling it about to test it's movement in her hand. "All right, let's get in position, the conch horn will be blown soon."

Ooc: Sorry, totally forgot it was my turn.
Bryan nodded, running over to the tree he was supposed to be hiding in. Re-adjusting the quiver on his shoulder, he leaped and pulled himself up onto the first branch. He climbed until he was about 15 feet off the ground, so he could surprise some other campers if he needed to. He looked through the branches at Cloud and Lucy, giving a nervous smile.
Ariel, realizing something was going on, tore her eyes away from her rock. Then she realized that she had completly forgotten what she was supposed to be doing, so she just looked around blankly.

<Gah, I haven't been on in forever! D: sorry 'bout that guys... And hopefully Silk won't kill me but I think it is about time we finally get the darn game started...>
"It's fine Sage," her sibling brightened up again. "Don't worry ab-"
She was interrupted by the second horn.
The group of quadruplets immediately perked up, Geo directing a whispered order to Bo, and another to Vann as they rushed off, soon disappearing behind the greenery on their small mission.
Kendra quickly cast a glance at her bare arm, covered with bright marker. Winking at River and Octivian as she pulled out camouflage elbow length gloves and slipped them on, the bright spots instantly disappearing as the pack of Ares kids just had under both green folds.
"That's our cue," murmured Cloud, waiting for any more orders from his sibling. He looked up at Bryan, directing his cheery smile as an attempt to send the other boy some confidence. He mouthed, 'Don't worry about it' skywards.

Octavian nodded his approval at his half-sister, as she pulled camouflage gloves over the bright marker splotches. It was a good idea really, and he himself would have copied it; only if he wasn't so crow begotten big, and then his armor and sword on-top of it all, stealth was a rather useless gesture for him too do. "Well, I suppose c'mon then. Protect the border at the river, as I bet they'll (the other team)be doing the same thing; fun." He grunted, with heavy sarcasm and a roll of his sharp gray lights. Before turning on his heel, and quite literally marching through their side of the forest (almost being as loud as he could've been, but hey it was sometimes better too warn your enemy that you where coming than have them startle at your sudden presence and shoot an arrow thru your eye - which isn't fun), where they'd place the defensive line at the river for their side.
River, slowly turning about and creeping off the side of Tavar's much more direct path; much more adapt with her lighter weight at stealth, plus very nearly eager too show the two Athena siblings that she was a very good fighter (even for only being at camp for a few months).
"Defense or offensive, Chrissy?" Searus questioned, pulling himself (and herself at that) out of the dull silence the two had been sharing between one another. Still puffing away the fading smoke from that last stick he'd had, twirling his battle spear in hand carelessly bored. Even though he'd heard the conch horn begin the thing actually this time round, he hadn't gone blindly rushing to do anything; one a waste of energy, two he wasn't cabin leader (even if he was a year older, she'd been at camp just as long as he and he wasn't the leader type of guy) his sister was - what she said too do as an order he followed, simple as that. Fiery lights regarding his half-sibling, curiously.
Sage nodded her thanks too her sibling, before shoving on her red plumed helmet unto her head; curly crimson locks disappearing, amber eyes flashing through the slits. Unhitching the broad-sword at her hip, twirling it experimentally a few times, before letting it rest at a ready guard position. Ready for the other team to come up and run at them, sooner or later, as they stood beside Relly - guarding the flag.
Lucy, unnaturally still and silent after that faithful second blow of the conch horn. "Get your weapon out, m'dear." She murmured softly to Ariel, who was standing blankly as if she'd forgotten what she was doing. "Ready..." Lucy added later, noting Cloud's glance over too her waiting for anymore orders. And then following her half-siblings gaze upwards, toward Brian perched up in the tree, answering his nervous smile with a reassuring smile of her own; but sudden, faint still but would grow louder as it came closer, rustles brought round her attention and she focused in on it (sure Brian would warn of her of numbers and the like if it was needed, and that he'd hopefully shoot first and ask questions later) - clenching her hand about her sword a little tighter, all in all ready too roll.
