Can normal mortal weapons, like a steel knife, hurt monsters?

I don't know..... I know clestral bronze can't hurt mortals, but either can hurt Demigods... I would think so, it just wouln't do as much damage as clestral bronze.

Hummm.... Well, Mortals arn't important enough to be killed by the bronze, so they can only me killed by steel, technically speaking. Demigods can be killed by bronze or steel, and anything a monster throws at them, practically everything I'd guess. And monsters can be killed by everything too I'd suppose. As hey, Percy killed the Minotaur with it's own horn, and I believe in other times of the book using bronze/steel still brought the similar affect. I'd bet if you picked up a rock and chucked it in the right place you might be able to kill a monster or stun the monster too kill it easier. So yea... Sure!
