Panting heavily, making her way through the woods in a typical legion style jog, wincing with every thump of her combat boots as it jarred a heavily bandaged shoulder that had a clump of blxxd stain starting to push through the white. The regular monster fight this morning had gotten lucky and got her when her back was turned, but it was just the usual life for any demigod, so you wouldn't see her whimpering or crying out in pain. It was merely a flesh wound that she could for too the infirmary later on for.
She continued along her way, not bothered by any more monster because of her twin celestial bronze blades glinting in the early morning lights. Before finally finding her way unto one of the horse-trails that ran through the forest toward the beach and meeting up back with the large Belgian Heavy Draught Horse that was standing quite pacifically tied to a trunk, his romanish blackened earth coat and the armor protecting some of his hide was glinting away because of the shimmers of sunlight coming through the canopy. Blue eyes glared hard at the girl as she appeared out of the woods, snorting roughly; as he snorted, cords of muscles shivered beneath his coat.
"Zzoory m'Bucephalus... Monmster snuk upf om thmey, buftt Iy stiyl gfot yuoer appel." River mused, pulling out of her pocket a couple apples, handing them to her massive charger, named after Alexander The Great's own horse back in the old days. Bucephalus snorted once again, but the tone seemed much kinder as if he had forgiven his rider for taking so long, snagging one of apples from her hand, munching on it slowly.
Ooc:: She's the one of mine that has that horrid accent that I lay out in her horrible speech, sorry about not clearing out the sentence early. Here we go;; "Sorry my Bucephalus... A monster snuck up on me, but I still got your apple."

Cloud had been practicing his archery on the creatures of the forest. Particularly monsters, but every once in a while an unfortunate other creature, earning him glares from the nymphs. "I'm sorry! I thought it was a hellhound!" He argued, but he knew they revenge the fallen creature the next time he let his guard down. Seeing a horse ahead, it slightly confused him. Most campers didn't have their own horses, and those that did, didn't usually take them along the narrow paths of the forest. Seeing it's owner come and feed it, he waved a hand in the air.

Cooing softly to the horse, she fed him another apple, stroking his neck softly; faintly taking the time to glance around the forest, with early morning light glinting off everything, it was peaceful to say the very least, very peaceful. Until the charger stiffened, letting off a loud bellowing snort, ear's pinning back toward the sound; it's owner did the same, stiffening, eyes widening warily. Monster's didn't usually come around the trails that much, so who or what was it? Moving swiftly despite her heavy armor about her horse, whisky cyan hair flowing behind her; before stopping short to glare in the distant at another coming toward her, another Demigod out for a morning hunt, aha... She sent a greeting nod in the others direction, though inwardly dreading the thought of speaking to someone else, esp those English speakers w/out hardly a brain left in their bodies. A nudge in her side from a wet, hot breathing nose, removed her stiffened stance, grabbing the last apple out of her pocket to give to the persistent horse.

Slowly walking over towards the horse, Cloud ran a hand through his multicolored hair. "Who're you?" he questioned it's owner as he gently patted her pet on the snout. Hanging his bow over his shoulder, he took in a deep breath.

"River, dauughter ovvf Eris." She replied slowly and unsure, obviously not very comfortable with English just yet, as hey, she'd only been here for a couple months so give her a break; her voice having an odd buzzing tinge to it, her Belgian accent shining through plain as day. "Yove?" River questioned the boy, her eyes sharp as they looked him up and down; clearly taking in his multi-colored hair and techno colored eyes, which was fairly weird, yet she'd seen him maybe once or twice around camp before. Her steed let off a soft nicker, much unlike his usual bellowing self, at being petted by the other Demigod, nice and soft upon his muzzle; hey, even if he was a well-trained Demigod war charger and chariot horse, he still could enjoy the occasionally pat atop his nose every now and then, right?
*River, daughter of Eris. **You?

<Amazingly enough, I read that as plain as day XD I didn't even notice the mistakes until I reread it>
Smiling at the horse, Cloud hesitated, then answered, "I'm Cloud... Nice horse?..." Inside, he was yelling at himself slightly. Nice horse? NICE HORSE?!?! And why were you asking it?! Get your act together! There's no room for shyness! You can hang out with random people at your school, but you can't greet some other kid at camp?

Ooc:: Sweet! ^^ Everyone always complains if the spelling is utterly wrong, because apparently spelling is uber important, yet it honestly never really matters; because their brains read the word as a whole not by the individual letters. The phaonmneal pweor of the hmuan mnid! MUHAHAHA! -cough- (Plus if I don't add the extra * thing, Silk will come eat me for breakfast. xP)

"Yiezs... Bucephalus siz vry guod stied; Izz namiued hifm afftier Alexander the Great's ovn stied." River responded, pleased in fact someone had called her horse 'nice'.
*Yes... Bucephalus is a very good steed; I named him after Alexander the Great's own steed

<XD>
"That's cool," he smiled, scratching the horse's chin, noting the pleased tone in the girl's voice.

River nodded again, pleased yet, inside she was wondering why this boy was so shy. Well, she was actually wondering why everyone in this country was so shy too strangers in general. If she hadn't caused so much mischief in her home tone, she might've become like all the other Belgians, all heartily greeting everyone and anyone who crossed there paths, which mainly involved lots of hugs and talking, two things she disliked, but still... In a move, very much unnatural to her usual self, she took a step forward, raising her hand to feel through a snag in his oddly colored locks. A thin frown perched upon her maw, as his hair felt like, well, like hair should, no frizzy stuff that dye could cause, it was apparently naturally rainbowy. Very odd, yet almost the same as her own hair, colored the unnatural cyan blue in various shades... She removed her hand, and took the step backwards, tilting her head and letting her cold, appraising olive lights looks him over once more, before speaking again. "Iris?" She questioned.

Cloud bit his lip, a faint bit of fuchsia coloring his cheeks. He was unused to being touched like that, and he wondered why she would do that. At the question, he perked up, nodding slowly. "Cloud, and you?"

"Shouught zo." Clearly catching Cloud's deer-in-the-headlights expression and the flushed color too his cheeks; her olive lights narrow suspiciously, what on earth had she done to him to make him do that, eh? "Zorry?" River rumbled in question. Why a question? Well, it seemed she didn't completely understand the culture yet or something here; nothing she'd done had been off or bad after it, it was perfectly reasonable too ruffle people's hair (whether for punishment or romantic intentions or just plain casually). Man, she's Americans where weird, very weird... "River, Eris." She answered, again - though a bit more coldly at that. The same thing that had been already stated, her name and godly parent at that; really, what was the point in saying it all over again (even though she obliged), humph.
*Thought so. **Sorry
